How to Apply

You may apply for a My ePrepaid MasterCard® here  

 

I.     At BPI Cards Website

  1. Click the Apply Now tab at www.bpicards.com
  2. Select Prepaid Card
  3. Completely fill-out the BPI Prepaid Card Purchase Agreement form.
  4. Nominate a branch where you want to pick-up your card by clicking the Branch Locator button.
  5. Click Submit
  6. Print-out a copy of the BPI Prepaid Card Purchase Agreement form.
  7. Bring the following to your nominated BPI/ BPI Family Savings Bank Branch, five (5) banking days for GMMA branches or seven (7) banking days for branches outside GMMA, Visayas and Mindanao after submission of card application:

 

GMMA consists of NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, and Rizal.

 

II.   At BPI Branches

  1. Visit any BPI Branch or BPI Express Banking Center nationwide.
  2. Fill-out a BPI Prepaid Card Purchase Agreement form
  3. Submit the BPI Prepaid Card Purchase Agreement form, present one (1) valid ID, and pay the card processing fee (P500 for GMMA, P600 for outside GMMA, Visayas and Mindanao)at the branch teller.
  4. Claim your My ePrepaid MasterCard® at the same branch after five (5) banking days in GMMA or after seven (7) banking days outside GMMA, Visayas and Mindanao. Simply present your copy of the BPI Prepaid Card Purchase Agreement, and bring one (1) valid ID.

 

GMMA. GMMA consists of NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, and Rizal.

 

 

How to Load your My ePrepaid Cards

Loading your My ePrepaid MasterCard® is easy and convenient using the various BPI channels.

  1. I.     If you have a Savings or Current Account with BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, or BPI Direct

You can easily transfer funds at your most convenient time from your BPI Account to your My ePrepaid MasterCard® through the following BPI electronic channels:

 

a.     BPI Express Online (My ePrepaid MasterCard® must be enrolled in your EOL account)

  1. Log in to www.bpiexpressonline.com
  2. Go to the Payments and Reloading tab.
  3. Click the Express Cash/Express Money Order link.
  4. Select the Reload Enrolled Express Cash/Express Money Order link.
  5. Enter amount to be transferred.
  6. Select the funding deposit account and 16-digit My ePrepaid MasterCard® number to be loaded.
  7. Click the Submit button and wait for the confirmation prompt.
  8. The amount transferred will automatically be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard®.

  1. b.    BPI ATMs
    1. Insert your BPI Express Teller card in ATM slot.
    2. Select Special Services from the menu.
    3. Select Prepaid Services.
    4. Select Transfer/ Remittance service.
    5. Select your account type (savings or current).
    6. Enter your 4-digit PIN
    7. Select MasterCard®.
    8. Enter the 16-digit My ePrepaid MasterCard® number you want to load.
    9. Key-in amount to be transferred and confirm.

10.  The amount transferred will automatically be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard®.

 

  1. c.     BPI Express Mobile
    1. Select Reload from the BPI Mobile menu.
    2. Key-in your 6-digit Mobile PIN (MPIN).
    3. Select Others
    4. Key-in the amount to be transferred.
    5. Select Enter Account to key-in source account, or select List Accounts if you do not know the source account.
    6. Key-in the Account Key (account type and last 4 digits of account number).
    7. Key-in the 16-digit My ePrepaid MasterCard® number and select OK.
    8. Wait for the confirmation message on-screen to acknowledge transaction.
    9. An SMS will be sent to you to confirm transaction.

10.  The amount transferred will automatically be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard®.

 

  1. A.     
  2. B.     
  3. C.     
    1. Dial 89-100. Then dial 1 for Express Teller.
    2. Enter your 11-digit access number.
    3. Enter your TIN (Telephone ID Number).
    4. Press 6 for Express Cash
    5. Key-in the amount to be transferred (minimum of P50).
    6. Confirm transaction and wait for your acknowledgment number.
    7. The amount transferred will automatically be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard®.

D.    BPI Express Phone 89-100

 

  1. E.     BPI Express Deposit Machines
    1. Insert your BPI Express Teller card in the card slot.
    2. Select Special Services from the menu.
    3. Select Prepaid Services.
    4. Choose Transfer/ Remittance.
    5. Select your account type (savings or current).
    6. Enter your 4-digit PIN
    7. Choose MasterCard®
    8. Enter the 16-digit My ePrepaid MasterCard® number you want to load.
    9. Key-in amount to be transferred and confirm.

10.  The amount transferred will automatically be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard®.

 

  1. I.    
  2. II.   If you don’t have a Savings or Current Account with BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, or BPI Direct

You can still load your My ePrepaid MasterCard® using the following channels:

 

  1. A.       BPI Express Deposit Machines
    1. Insert your My ePrepaid MasterCard® in the card slot.
    2. Select Express Deposit from the menu.
    3. Select Express Cash as ‘To’ Account
    4. Insert notes/ money bills in the cash slot.
    5. Verify deposit amount & confirm.
    6. The amount loaded will automatically be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard®.

 

  1. B.     BPI ATM (Deposit/ Payment Enclosed – Deposit envelope required)
    1. Indicate the following on the deposit envelope:
  1. Insert bills and then seal the envelope
  2. For BPI ATMs accepting cardless transactions, press Enter

If not, Insert your My ePrepaid MasterCard® in the ATM slot

  1. Select Deposit/ Payment Encl
  2. Select Express Cash as ‘To’ Account
  3. Input the Amount to be loaded (amount the envelope contains)
  4. Insert the envelope in the deposit envelope slot.
  5. The amount loaded will be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard® the next banking day.

 

 

  1. C.      Over-the-Counter deposit
    1. Proceed to the BEA terminal/ Branch Electronic Assistant
    2. Select Bills Payment as transaction
    3. Select Other Merchants
    4. Input your 16-digit My ePrepaid MasterCard® number as Reference Number
    5. Input the amount you want to load.
    6. Confirm the transaction details and select Next.
    7. Get your Queue Number
    8. Proceed to the Branch teller when your number is called and inform her you want to load your My ePrepaid MasterCard®.
    9. The amount loaded will be credited to your My ePrepaid MasterCard® the next banking day.

 

 

How to Use Online & in stores

Your My ePrepaid Card can be used wherever a MasterCard Credit Card can be used, online and even in stores worldwide.

 

  1. I.     Online

Use it just like how you use a credit card for online purchases:

  1. Select MasterCard Credit Card as mode of payment
  2. Input the following card details:
    1. 16-digit My ePrepaid Card number
    2. CVC 2/ Card Verification Code 2 (the last 3 digits found at the signature panel of your card)
    3. Card Validity period
  3. Confirm the transaction.

 

 

PayPal

When linking your My ePrepaid MasterCard to PayPal, please make sure your card has at least Php 150 load. PayPal charges $1 to link your card to your PayPal account, and Php 100 when you verify your card. After successfully verifying your card, PayPal will return the Php 100 to your PayPal account in the form of PayPal credits.

 

How to link My ePrepaid to PayPal:

  1. Sign-up/ Log-in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile
  3. Select Add/Edit Credit Card
  4. Select MasterCard as card type
  5. Enter your My ePrepaid MasterCard details
  6. Click Add Card
  7. Your My ePrepaid Card is now viewable in your PayPal Profile. To finalize linking of your card to Paypal, click Confirm My Card to allow PayPal to send a 4-digit verification code you need.

 

To retrieve your 4-digit PayPal verification code, please view your Last five (5) card transaction history via BPI Express Online (Card must be enrolled and viewable in your BPI Express Online account’s My Portfolio Page) or by sending your request with your 16-digit My ePrepaid Card Number via email to myeprepaid@bpi.com.ph.

 

 

  1. II.   In Stores

Use your card to conveniently shop in MasterCard affiliated establishments here and abroad:

  1. Present your My ePrepaid Card to the cashier.
  2. Sign the sales slip.

 

 

Lost/ Stolen and Damaged Cards

For Lost, stolen or damaged cards, please dial 89-100 (+63-2-89-10000 when abroad) and press 5 to report a lost card. To request for card replacement, dial 89-100 and forward your request to any of our phonebankers. Subject to service fees.

Expired Cards

Once your My ePrepaid MasterCard® has expired, you may have your card renewed by dialing 89-100 (+63-2-89-10000 when abroad) or by visiting the nearest BPI/ BPI Family Savings Bank branch and BPI Express Banking Center to request for card renewal. Subject to service fees.

 

The new card you will receive will have the same card number as your expired card but with a new Validity Date. This new card will be valid for two (2) years.

Balance Inquiry

Check your card balance real-time through the following channels:

  1. I.     24/7 BPI Hotline 89-100
    1. Dial 89-100 (+63-2-89-10000 for international calls)
    2. Press 4 for BPI Express Cash.
    3. Press 1 to inquire for the balance of your card
    4. Key-in your 16-digit My ePrepaid MasterCard® number

 

  1. II.   Mobile Phone (SMS)
    1. Key-in BALEC <space> <your 16-digit My ePrepaid MasterCard® number>

      Ex: BALEC  5264914501234567

  1. Send to 2274 for GLOBE and TM subscribers

or Send to 3274 for SMART and TALK ‘N TEXT subscribers

  1. Your My ePrepaid MasterCard® balance will be sent to you via SMS

 

Note: SMS charges of P2.50 apply

 

 

My ePrepaid and BPI Electronic Channels

To enjoy 24/7 convenient reloading and viewing of your card balance and transactions through BPI Express Online, make sure that your My ePrepaid MasterCard® is enrolled in your EOL Account.

 

To enroll your card, follow these steps:

  1. I.       To be able to transfer funds to your card, follow these steps:
    1. Log-in to www.bpiexpressonline.com
    2. Go to the Payments & Reloading tab
    3. Select Express Cash/ Express Money Order
    4. Select Enroll Express Cash/ Express Money Order Cards
    5. Choose the method of enrollment most convenient to you

 

  1. II.     To be able to view your card number in your Portfolio and see your last five (5) transactions, here are the steps:
  2. Log-in to www.bpiexpressonline.com
  3. Go to the My Portfolio tab
  4. Select Enroll Additional Accounts
  5. Select Express Cash Cards and click Continue
  6. Choose the method of enrollment most convenient to you
