1. Who are the merchant partners of eCPAY?
You can pay your BPI or BPI Family Credit Card with the following eCPAY merchant partners:

2. How do I pay?
- Provide your BPI or BPI Family Credit Card Statement of Account to the cashier, or fill out and submit the payment slip to the cashier with the following information:
- Name
- Payment Amount
- Date
- Contact Number
- Customer Number / Card Number
- Wait for your Transaction Slip as proof of payment
How do I pay in 7-Eleven:
- Using the CLIQQ Kiosk Machine or CLIQQ Mobile App, Select BPI CREDIT CARD under the Bills Payment Category
- Fill-up the following information:
- Account Name
- Card No. or Account No.
- Amount
- Present the generated barcoded payment slip to 7-Eleven cashier and your cash payment
- Wait for your Acknowledgement receipt
3. Can I pay with cash or check?
Only CASH payment is accepted.
4. How many days will it take for my payment to be posted?
Payment will be posted within three (3) banking days after the date of payment. Please pay at least three (3) banking days prior to your due date for your payment to be posted on time.
5. Can I pay for another person’s BPI or BPI Family Credit Card Statement of Account?
Yes. Please have the Cardholder’s customer number or card number with you to ensure posting to the correct Credit Card account.
6. The payment I made for my BPI or BPI Family Credit Card account was not posted, what should I do?
Call 89-100 and provide the payment details to the Phone Banker for investigation.
