REDEMPTION MECHANICS:

1.       When will I receive my Jollibee eCoupons?

The BPI Principal Cardholder will receive his or her eCoupon(s) the next banking day from his or her qualified transaction’s posting date.

Example:

Registration Date                                :       November 20, 2018

Confirmation Date                               :       November 21, 2018

1st Batch of Coupons                          :       November 21, 2018 (for qualified and posted transactions) from November 1 to 21, 2018)

Succeeding Coupons                          :       After one (1) banking day from posting date

 

BPI Principal Cardholder will receive his or her e-coupon(s) for succeeding qualified transaction(s) until January 15, 2019.

2.       What can I redeem using my eCoupon(s)?

Customers with valid transaction(s) can redeem any one (1) of the featured item(s) at any participating Jollibee stores nationwide from November 5, 2018 to March 15, 2019.

3.       Can I still redeem using my charge slip?

No.  Customers may only redeem using the eCoupon. Charge slips will not be allowed as basis for redemption.

4.       When is the redemption period?

Redemption period is from November 5, 2018 to March 15, 2019.

5.       I have multiple BPI Credit Cards (Blue Mastercard and Gold Mastercard) and a supplementary card (Edge Mastercard), will the purchases made on each card qualify for the eCoupon?

Yes. The valid transactions of the BPI Principal Cardholder, including his or her supplementary card(s), from all of his or her qualified BPI Credit Cards, will earn Jollibee eCoupon. To illustrate:

6.       Is there a limit on the number of eCoupons that I can receive?

Yes.  Each BPI Principal Cardholder can receive a maximum of sixty (60) eCoupons within the redemption period.  This includes qualified transactions from his or her supplementary cards within the promo period.  BPI Principal Cardholders who have reached the maximum eCoupon allowance will be notified via SMS and/or e-mail.

7.       How many eCoupons can I redeem on a single day?

BPI Principal Cardholder is allowed to have multiple redemptions per day, per store, up to the maximum allowed number of eCoupons for the entire promo period.

8.       Can I accumulate all my eCoupons and make a one-time redemption of the eCoupons?

Yes. BPI Principal Cardholder is allowed multiple redemptions per day, per store, up to the maximum allowed number of eCoupons for the entire promo period.

9.       How will I know if I reached the maximum eCoupons?

BPI Principal Cardholders who have reached the maximum limit of sixty (60) eCoupons will be notified via SMS and/or e-mail.

10.   It is already December 1, 2018. I want to redeem the Jolly Kiddie Meal toy featured last November. Is this possible?

Every month, Jollibee has its own featured Jolly Kiddie Meal toy which may only be redeemed within the month. Example: Featured Jolly Kiddie Meal toy for the month of November is only available for redemption from November 1 to 30.

11.   The Jollibee store told me they ran out of stocks of the featured Jolly Kiddie Meal toy for the month. Can they offer me other options?

The Jollibee store can also offer you the default Jolly Kiddie meal toy available in their store. You may also choose from the Jollibee meal option without the toy or you may opt to visit other stores/branches should you still prefer to redeem the featured toy for the month.

12.   Can a representative redeem in behalf of the BPI Principal Cardholder?

Yes, BPI Principal Cardholder can forward the eCoupon(s) to another person of his or her choice to redeem.

13.   I have so many eCoupons, can I give it to my family and friends?

Yes. BPI Principal Cardholder can forward his or her eCoupons via SMS and/or e-mail to another person of his or her choice.

14.   Can I use the same Jollibee eCoupon to redeem more than once?

No, one (1) eCoupon is equivalent to one (1) free food redemption.  Each Jollibee eCoupon can only be used once.

15.   I registered via e-mail but I’m not receiving my eCoupons for all my valid transactions, what should I do?

BPI Principal Cardholder, who is registered via e-mail, must ensure that his or her spam/junk mail setting is turned off to block/transfer promotional e-mails to another folder.

16.   I accidentally deleted/lost my eCoupons, how can I redeem my eCoupons? Can I request for special redemption certificate?

The BPI Principal Cardholder may request for resending of all previously issued and unclaimed eCoupons. BPI can resend previously issued unclaimed eCoupons to the same mobile number and/or email-address where it was originally sent. No special redemption certificate will be provided by BPI.

BPI Principal Cardholder may also inquire via e-mail using the e-mail address used in registration. He must type his or her 16-Digit Customer Number in the subject line and e-mail to inq@bpithrills.ph.

This feature is exclusive to e-mail registered BPI Principal Cardholders only. 

17.   I lost my phone. Can I still retrieve my eCoupon(s)?

Yes. BPI Principal Cardholder may request for resending of all previously issued and unclaimed eCoupons. BPI can resend previously issued unclaimed eCoupon(s) to the same mobile number where it was originally sent.

18.   I already changed my mobile number and/or e-mail address, how can I receive my eCoupons to my new contact detail in the future?

BPI Principal Cardholder must do the following:

a.     Update his or her contact information

b.     Register again for the promo using the new contact detail after two (2) banking days from date of contact information update in BPI Credit Cards’ system records.

After successful registration, all succeeding eCoupons will be sent to the newly updated contact information.

19.   I still have available eCoupons as of March 16, 2019.  Can I still redeem these eCoupons?

No.  All eCoupons will be forfeited after the redemption period.  In addition, eCoupons cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.

20.   I have a straight/retail transaction worth P12,000, can I ask the cashier to split my transaction to four (4) P3,000 charge slips so I can redeem more eCoupons?

No, a single transaction requires only one approval. Splitting of purchases into smaller transaction sizes is not allowed.

21.   Why is splitting of transactions not allowed?

Based on the promo mechanics, minimum single-receipt transaction is required to qualify for the Jollibee eCoupon.

22.   I have an installment transaction worth P30,000.00, can I use this to avail of the Shop Anywhere with Jollibee promo? 

No. Only straight/retail transactions are qualified for the promo. Special Installment Plan (SIP) transactions (Real 0% or monthly add-on) at any accredited merchants are not qualified transactions to the promo.

23.   I have a valid transaction on January 20, 2019. Can I use this to avail of the Shop Anywhere with Jollibee promo?

No. Only qualified transactions within the promo period from November 1, 2018 to January 15, 2019 can avail the Jollibee eCoupons.

24.   On November 25, 2018, I have a retail/straight transaction worth P30,000. On November 30, 2018, I requested for a balance conversion, can I use this to avail of the Shop Anywhere promo with Jollibee?

No. BPI Principal Cardholder may only avail of the eCoupon from his or her original transaction. Also, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion, Credit-to-Cash, and other SIP Loan products are not qualified transactions to the promo.

25.   Can I redeem my eCoupon in any branch of Jollibee?

26.   How will I know if the issued eCoupon(s) are claimed/unclaimed?

The Principal Cardholder can inquire on demand the status/summary of his or her eCoupons via inq@bpithrills.ph.
