II. How to Avail

  1. To avail of the Promo, log-in or sign-up at Shopback via www.shopback.ph/bpi. Before logging in or signing-up, ensure that you enable cookies in your device.
  2. If not yet registered with Shopback, sign-up for a free Shopback account by registering your name, email address, and the first 6 –digits of your card.
  3. An email confirmation of such registration will then be sent to your registered email address. After registration, you will be entitled to a bonus P250 sign-up cash rebate (“cashback”) on your Shopback account .
  4. Once registration is complete, you can now start shopping at Shopback’s partner merchants via  www.shopback.ph/bpi by clicking any of the said merchant icons. e.g. Lazada, Agoda, ZALORA, etc. Standard Terms and Conditions of the respective merchants apply.
  5. Once ready, click the “Shop Now” button in the pop-up message that will appear.
  6. Start shopping via the partner merchant’s website. Additional reminders for successful crediting of cashbacks:
    • Ensure that you will complete the purchase within the same window of the partner merchant’s website.
    • Ensure that you will complete the purchase on the same device you clicked through.
    • Ensure that you have enabled cookies in your device.
  7. Use your BPI Card for a minimum accumulated spending of at least P5,000 at any of Shopback partner merchant’s online stores within the promo period to get a P500 cashback for each PhP5,000 accumulated spending, which will be credited to the your Shopback account after 30 days from making such qualifying transaction.
  8. To redeem, click “Redeemable” tab and “Request Payout”. 

 

III. Terms and Conditions

  1. Orders that are later changed, cancelled or refunded will not qualify for this promotion.
  2. To verify whether the PhP500 cashback has already been credited to your Shopback account, log on to your Shopback account and click the “My Cashback” tab which will show the pending, redeemable, bonus, paid out and total cashbacks earned.
  3. Redemption of the accumulated P500 cashback/s and the P250 sign-up bonus cashback under this Promo is subject to reaching Shopback’s minimum cashback of P300, not inclusive of the P250 sign-up bonus and P500 cashback using your BPI Card.
  4. Under this Promo, a qualified BPI Cardholder can be eligible for up to P1,500 maximum cashback, inclusive of the PhP250 sign-up bonus cashback, if any, for each of the following cycles: January-March 2018, April-June 2018, July-September 2018, and October-December 2018.
  5. Such cashbacks redeemed will be credited as payment directly to the your nominated qualified BPI Card. (Important note: Cashbacks redeemed will be credited within 45 days after redemption request.)
  6. Alternatively, you may request for the said cashbacks to be credited to your nominated BPI Savings account which you can update on the Payment Details section. (Important note: Cashbacks will be credited within 7-14 days after redemption request.)
  7. For missing cashbacks, fill out the form via https://www.shopback.ph/account/missingcashback and click submit or forward your email confirmation to help@shopback.ph.
  8. Except as otherwise provided in this Promo mechanics, the cashback is not convertible to cash or credit. The cashback may not be exchanged with any other product.
  9. BPI reserves the right to charge the cashback to the BPI Card should the purchase of the Cardholder be found fraudulent.
  10. Any dispute concerning the services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Shopback.
  11. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, in-house promo or ad promo, and other discounts.
  12. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the Cardholder’s availment of promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves Shopback and its performance and/or delivery of services to the Cardholders, the decision of BPI and Shopback with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  13. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.
