 II. How to avail: 

  1. Visit the micro-site via www.agoda.com/bpicards
  2. Indicate the check-in dates and no. of nights
  3. You will be given a search result of the available hotel and lodging options that matches your criteria.
  4. After selecting the preferred hotel with a “Promotion Eligible” banner, click “Book Now” to proceed.
    • NOTE: If you cannot see the “Promotion Eligible” banner, it means that you are not on the correct page. Close the site, clear the browser and start again.
  5. Choose the room type and no. of rooms and click “Book” button.
  6. Enter your personal information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Country of Passport and click “Continue”.
  7. Use your qualified BPI Card promo to avail the promo.
  8. Upon typing the BPI Card number, it will be validated by the website and discount will be applied.
    • NOTE: If the BPI discount does not appear, it means that you are not on the www.agoda.com/bpicards microsite. Close the site, clear the browser and start again.
  9. Upon confirmation of payment details, click the “Pay & Book Now” button.
  10. You will receive the hotel voucher via your registered email.

 

III. Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and in the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded senior citizen's act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  2. The Promotion is available to the qualified and eligible cardholders of BPI credit and prepaid cards which (a) bear the BPI name and logo on the face of the card and/or (b) refer to any co-branded/affinity card issued by BPI. Cardholders must settle payment with their BPI card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion is only applicable to the booking of merchant (pre-paid) properties through the Agoda co-brand page. Payments made directly at the hotel/property are not included. The cardholder must access the Agoda co-brand page at the following URL: http://www.agoda.com/bpicards
  4. The cardholder must enter a valid BPI credit or prepaid card number in order to avail of the discount.
  5. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda found in http://www.agoda.com/bpicards 
  6. Terms and conditions governing issuance of BPI Cards found in http://www.bpicards.com/page/60 and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promotion. 
  7. Discounts are applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding extra charges, local taxes, service fees, personal consumptions and the like).  
  8. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promotion, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Agoda and its performance of services to customers, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Agoda, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final. 
  9. In no event will either Agoda or BPI be liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential damages, arising from the performance by either party of its obligations, even if such party was aware or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages.  
  10. Agoda shall solely be responsible for all inquiries or complaints relating to its products or services and any losses or damages incurred by customers arising from or in connection with this Promotion. 
  11. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between BPI and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at BPI’s sole discretion and for which BPI is solely responsible and liable.
