II. How to avail:

  1. Create a MyShoppingBox account to get a MyShoppingBox Warehouse.
    • Through the MyShoppingBox website or app, sign-up for a MyShoppingBox account and enter the referral code BPIMSB to receive your complimentary $2.50 Shipping Credit.
    • Once your MyShoppingBox account has been created, you will receive an email notification containing your account number and the U.S. or Europe shipping address.
  2. Shop from online stores in the US or Europe and use your MyShoppingBox Warehouse as the shipping address when checking out.
  3. Wait for your orders to be shipped to the MyShoppingBox Warehouse. MyShoppingBox will notify you once your shipment has reached the warehouse.
  4. Once your purchases have reached the warehouse, log-in to your MyShoppingBox account and check-out your MyShoppingBox cart. Make sure that before you check-out your MyShoppingBox cart, your billing address (local Philippine address) is correct and updated.
  5. Choose the preferred shipment option (either through Air Cargo or Sea Cargo).
  6. Select the “BPI Credit Card” option as your mode of payment.
  7. The 10% or 15% discount will be automatically applied to your shipping fees. The corresponding shipping fee discount will be deducted from the total gross amount of shipping fees payable.
  8. MyShoppingBox will send an email to your registered email address which contains a link or tracking number that you can use to view the status of your shipments.

 

III. Terms and Conditions

  1. The Shipping Fee Rates below are for complete delivery (including all customs duties, taxes and other fees) from your MyShoppingBox address(es) in the United States and/or Europe, as the case may be, all the way up to your address in the Philippines. Please note that MyShoppingBox classify air shipments into either Class 1 or Class 2, while sea shipments have a flat rate. To find out the classification of the air shipment, please refer to the MyShoppingBox website at https://my-shoppingbox.com/pricing. Please note that the rate is the same for U.S. and Europe, and MyShoppingBox charges in USD regardless whether you ship from the U.S. or Europe.
    • Ship by Air:
      • Shipping fee is $5.99 per pound for Class 1 items
      • Shipping fee is $8.50 per pound for Class 2 items
      • Delivery time is 10-12 business days from the date of payment
    • Ship by Sea:
      • Shipping fee is $2.99 for all classes of items
      • Delivery time is 45-60 calendar days from date of payment
    • Important Notes on Shipping Fee Rates:
      • Shipping Fee Rates subject to change based on prevailing exchange rate.
      • As of the moment MyShoppingBox can only ship electronics containing lithium batteries via sea.
      • As of the moment, all European shipments are done via air freight only.
      • Door-to-door delivery fees are applied to the entire parcel and not on a per item basis.
      • Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT.
      • Air Cargo and Sea Cargo is charged based on Chargeable Weight.
      • Storage Fee is free for the first 15 days. After this period, MyShoppingBox will charge $0.20 for each day in excess.
  2. To qualify for the discount, Cardholder must personally use his participating BPI Card to pay for his MyShoppingBox shipping fees.
  3. BPI reserves the right to charge the discount to the card should the purchase of the Cardholder be found to be fraudulent.
  4. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may also not be exchanged with any other product.
  5. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, in-house promo or ad promo, and other discounts.
  6. Any dispute concerning the services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and MyShoppingBox.
  7. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customer’s availment of promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves MyShoppingBox and its performance and/or delivery of services to customers, the decision of BPI and MyShoppingBox with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  8. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.
