REDEMPTION MECHANICS

  1. To redeem, Customer must inform the Shakey’s personnel the intent to use the eCoupon(s) prior to order placement.
  2. The Customer must present the eCoupon(s) at any participating Shakey’s store nationwide to redeem the eCoupon(s) from March 22, 2019 to August 21, 2019. Customers without the eCoupon(s) will not be allowed to redeem.

  3. One (1) eCoupon is equivalent to one (1) free food redemption.  Each eCoupon can only be used once.
  4. Redemption is valid for dine-in and take out only.  Drive thru and delivery redemption are not allowed.
  5. The BPI Principal Cardholder is allowed up to a maximum of five (5) redemptions per visit. Redemption is available daily, including weekends and holidays, within the redemption period.
  6. The BPI Principal Cardholder is allowed to receive up to a maximum of sixty (60) eCoupons for retail transactions and thirty (30) eCoupons for installment transactions within the promo period.
  7. The free Shakey’s food item(s) is/are not convertible to cash, other products or discounts or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.
  8. The eCoupon is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, in-house promo or ad promo, and other discounts including: Senior Citizen discounts on Section 4 of Republic Act 9994, otherwise known as the “Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010”; and Persons With Disability (PWD) discounts on Section 32 of Republic Act No. 7277, as amended by RA 10754, otherwise known as the “Magna Carta for Persons with Disability”, providing at least twenty percent (20%) discount and exemption from the value-added tax (VAT), for the exclusive use and enjoyment or availment of the Senior Citizen or PWD, on the fees and charges relative to the utilization of services in restaurants.
  9. The Cardholder agrees that should his purchase be found to be fraudulent or is a result from splitting of transactions; BPI shall have the right to charge the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of the item to his BPI Credit Card.
  10. All unredeemed eCoupon(s) outside the redemption period shall be forfeited.
  11. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  12. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the redemption process of the eCoupon(s) of the Shakey’s free food item(s).
  13. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or services related to the redemption of the eCoupon shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Shakey’s with the concurrence of DTI.
  14. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo campaign.
