REGISTRATION MECHANICS

1.  To receive the Shakey’s eCoupon(s) from qualified and posted transactions, the BPI Principal Cardholder MUST REGISTER his BPI Credit Card
     16-Digit Customer Number once through SMS, e-mail, or both from March 22, 2019 to June 22, 2019 using the following format:

Text BPICARD< space >< 16-Digit Customer Number > and send to 2256

 

Example:

BPICARD 0201001234567890 and send to 2256

Type the 16-Digit Customer Number in the subject line and e-mail to register@bpicard.ph

2.  The BPI Principal Cardholder will NOT be qualified to receive Shakey’s eCoupon(s) if he has NOT registered his mobile number and/or email address to
     the promo.
  
3.  Only the BPI Principal Cardholder is allowed to register to the promo. All his qualified and posted transactions, including his supplementary card(s), will
     earn Shakey’s eCoupon(s). The Shakey’s eCoupon(s) will be sent to the Principal Cardholder’s mobile number, email address, or both used in registration.
 
4.  For multiple channel registrations, the BPI Principal Cardholder can choose to register both his mobile number and e-mail address simultaneously or
    at different times.
 
5.  The mobile number and/or e-mail address used for registration MUST BE THE SAME with the BPI Principal Cardholder’s contact details in BPI Credit Cards’
     system records. Should there be any changes, it is the responsibility of the BPI Principal Cardholder to update his contact information with BPI Credit
     Card by calling BPI Phonebanking 89-100 or visit the nearest BPI branch.
 
6.  In case the mobile number and/or e-mail address does not match with BPI Credit Cards’ system records or the BPI Principal Cardholders wants the
     eCoupons to be sent to a new mobile number and/or email address, the BPI Principal Cardholder is required to update his contact information through
     any of the following channels:

Note: The Principal Cardholder must register after two (2) banking days from the date of contact information update in BPI Credit Cards’ system records to start receiving his eCoupons.

7.  The BPI Principal Cardholder will receive an auto-reply to confirm receipt of his registration entry through SMS, e-mail, or both depending on the channel used
     for the registration. The auto-reply acknowledgement is NOT the registration confirmation. If the registration is successful, the BPI Principal Cardholder
     will receive a registration confirmation from BPI after two (2) banking days from date of registration.

 8.  The BPI Principal Cardholder will be notified on the registration result through SMS, e-mail, or both within two (2) banking days from the registration date.

 9.  BPI Credit Card will provide the reason for unsuccessful registration to the BPI Principal Cardholder.
