I. Qualifications

 The Promo is open to BPI Cardholders of Participating BPI Cards in good standing. The Participating BPI Cards are as follows:

II. How to Avail

1. Log-in to your MyShoppingBox account. If you do not have an existing MyShoppingBox account, create one to obtain your MyShoppingBox Warehouse:

a.) Sign-up for a MyShoppingBox account and enter the referral code BPIMSB to receive your complimentary $2.50 Shipping Credit.

b.) You will receive an email notification containing your account number and the U.S. or Europe shipping address. You will find the $2.50 shipping credit for in your MSB account if you are a new user.

c.) The MyShoppingBox Warehouse is the U.S. or Europe address that you should use when purchasing your items from the U.S. or European online stores, in order for MyShoppingBox to receive your purchased items and proceed to deliver your purchases to your local Philippine address.

2. Shop from online stores in the U.S. or Europe (e.g. www.amazon.com, www.etsy.com, www.ebay.com, etc.) and use your participating BPI Card to pay for your purchases. Indicate the corresponding U.S. or European MyShoppingBox Warehouse as the shipping address for your purchase before checking-out/confirming your order from the online store.

3. Wait for your orders to be shipped to the MyShoppingBox Warehouse. MyShoppingBox will notify you once your shipment has reached the MyShoppingBox Warehouse.

4. Once you receive the notification that your shipment has reached the MyShoppingBox Warehouse, log-in to your MyShoppingBox account and check-out your MyShoppingBox cart using your participating BPI Card. Make sure that before you check-out your MyShoppingBox cart, your billing address (local Philippine address) is correct and updated.

5. Choose the preferred shipment option (either through Air Cargo or Sea Cargo).

6. Upon checking-out your item/s for delivery to your indicated billing address, select the “BPI Credit Card” option as your mode of payment and enter the details of your participating BPI Card

7. Upon check-out, your all-in door-to-door shipping fees to your local Philippine address will be calculated and if your shipping qualifies for the 10% or 15% discount under this Promo, such discount will be automatically applied to your shipping fees upon completion of your check-out and the corresponding shipping fee discount will then be deducted from the total gross amount of shipping fees payable. If you received a complimentary $2.50 Shipping Credit upon registration of your MyShoppingBox account, note that the Shipping Credit will be automatically applied by MyShoppingBox to the shipping fees of your first shipping order and in such case, the Promo discount shall apply to the remaining balance, if any.

8. Once you make your payment, MyShoppingBox will send an email to your registered email address which contains (a) a link to your shipment that allows you to view the status of your shipment and (b) the tracking number of your shipment that you can use to view the status of your shipment through the MyShoppingBox website and mobile application.

 

III. Terms and Conditions

1. The Shipping Fee Rates below are for complete delivery (including all customs duties, taxes and other fees) from your MyShoppingBox address(es) in the United States and/or Europe, as the case may be, all the way up to your address in the Philippines. Please note that MyShoppingBox classify air shipments into either Class 1 or Class 2, while sea shipments have a flat rate. To find out the classification of the air shipment, please refer to the MyShoppingBox website at https://my-shoppingbox.com/pricing. Please note that the rate is the same for U.S. and Europe, and MyShoppingBox charges in USD regardless whether you ship from the U.S. or Europe.

2. To qualify for the discount/offer, the BPI Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at My Shopping Box.

3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

4. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

5. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

6. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant.

7. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

8. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
