The Promo is open to the following BPI Cardholders of Participating BPI Cards in good standing: 

 

II. How to Avail 

  1. Download the zennya health app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Log-in or signup for an account.
  2. Click the zennya logo on the upper left-hand corner and select “Promos” from the Menu.
  3. Type in the relevant promo code and click “Apply Promo Code”.
  4. Select any of the services from the home page, then click “Get the Service”.
  5. Select the person/people who will be receiving this service.
    Note: You can choose or create additional profiles for family members, house staff, or friends who may also want to avail of the service with you.
  6. Select the cart icon once profile selection is complete.
  7. Add/verify your preferred location. The promo code’s applicability will show on this screen.
  8. Select “Book Now” or “Book Later”.
    Note: If you see “Book Later”, you will be directed to a calendar view to allow you to find and select a schedule that works best.
  9. Once a schedule is selected, the zennya operations team will match a nurse/provider to the customer.

 

III. Terms and Conditions 

  1. This promo offer is valid for all zennya services EXCEPT for Doctor Consultations.
  2. To qualify for the discount, the BPI Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at zennya Philippines.
  3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.
  5. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
  6. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant.
  7. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  8. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
