I. Qualifications

 The Promo is open to BPI Cardholders of Participating BPI Cards in good standing. The Participating BPI Cards are as follows:

  • BPI Debit Mastercard
    • BPI Debit Mastercard (BPI), BPI Debit Mastercard (BFB), BPI Debit Mastercard (BPI Direct BanKo)
  • BPI Credit Cards
    • eCredit Mastercard, Blue Mastercard, Gold Mastercard, Petron-BPI Mastercard, Edge Mastercard, Amore Cashback Card, Amore Platinum Cashback Card, Visa Signature Card, BPI Family Credit Card, Corporate Mastercard
  • BPI Prepaid Cards (must have available load)
    • Amore Visa Prepaid, ePay Visa, ePay Mastercard


II.  How to Avail

1. To avail of the promo, BPI Cardholder selects the products corresponding to the ER Care.

2. Cardholder can use BPIERCARE multiple times during the promo period.

 3. To avail of the emergency care, pre-registration of the person to be covered is required. Emergency care coverage begins ten (10) calendar days from successful registration date.

4. Cardholder can purchase multiple products and variants in one transaction.

5. The free unit/s will be of the same product and variant as the purchased product and variant.

6. ER Care Product will require pre-registration and may be used solely by the covered individual.

7. To qualify for the discount/offer, Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at AlphaSureSolutions, Inc and meet the minimum quantity for purchase (10 units).

NOTE: Units purchased must be of the same product and variant to be qualified for the free product/s. The free Product will be of the same variant of the qualifying purchase

8. Aggregation of purchased units based on multiple transactions is not allowed to avail of the Free Product. That is, the number of free products will be based on the number of units for a single transaction.

9. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

10. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

11. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

12. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant.

13. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

14. The products are subject to the HealthCare Agreement, Terms and Conditions and General Exclusions Availment of Insular Health Care.

15. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
