Promo Mechanics

1. Every Php 5,000 single-receipt purchase at The SM Store using your BPI Express Credit will be given one electronic raffle entry. Purchase of cellcards, phone cards, SM gift cheques or concert tickets at the Customer Service Counter are not entitled to a raffle entry.

2. Nationwide promo is from January 15 to March 31, 2014.

3. Electronic draw will be on April 10, 2014 , 3:00 PM at the MCI Office, 4th Floor, One E-com Center, Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City in the presence of DTI and SM representatives.

4. Prizes at stake are ten (10) BPI Express Credit card winners of two (2) airline tickets to any destination served by Cathay Pacific or its sister-airline, Dragonair. Cathay Pacific or Dragonair tickets travel period is within one (1) year upon awarding of the flight. Airfare tickets are subject to terms and conditions of the airline.

5. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. The two (2) airfare tickets should travel on the same date and only in one (1) destination served by Cathay Pacific or Dragonair.

6. Winners may only win once and will shoulder the taxes (travel, airline, airport tax, fuel surcharges and airport terminal fees), visa application and other expenses.

7. Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim the prize. SM Retail Inc. will shoulder the 20% prize tax for the two (2) tickets.

8. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. Seats are subject to availability.

9. After the sixty (60) days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Cathay Pacific Philippines with prior DTI approval. Further details of claiming the prize are as follows:

a. Winners can claim the prize certificate at Bldg A, Credit Management Division, SM Corporate Office, J.W. Diokno Blvd, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

b. Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as driver’s license, SSS, passport, birth certificate, TIN or any government ID. Winners should present a valid TIN.

c. Winners should present his/her BPI Express Credit card upon claiming the prize and his/her Tax Identification Number.

d. Requirement of winner’s representative in claiming the prize- an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of the winner’s BPI Express Credit card and any valid ID (Passport, driver’s license or SSS) both from the winner and representative. The winner’s representative should also bring his/her original copies of valid proofs of identification and a copy of the winner’s Tax Identificaton Number.

10. Employees, Management and Board of Directors of SM Retail Inc, Cathay Pacific, Dragon Airline, Bank of the Philippine Islands and its accredited advertising agencies and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguity or affinity are disqualified from participating the promo.

11. The SM Store may disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

Buy Now, Pay Later Promo Mechanics

1. The Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) facility is available until March 31, 2014 at The SM Store branches nationwide.

2. The posting of a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) transaction’s first amortization will start 60 days from the date of purchase. The succeeding amortization shall be billed every month thereafter, until the full transaction amount is paid in full.

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) is only available on S.I.P. transactions (Straight charge transactions are not qualified).

4. BNPL is applicable on all S.I.P. transactions. The cardholder should advise cashier/store personnel if he will avail of Regular 0% installment, otherwise, the BNPL scheme will be applied.

5. The approved installment transaction is automatically deducted from the cardholder’s total regular/bonus madness limit.
